Return Policy

At Boney's Bricks, we are committed to providing authentic, factory-sealed LEGO® products. Many of the items we sell are collectible or limited-availability products. To protect both our customers and our business, we maintain the following return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All returns require prior authorization from Boney's Bricks.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products.

  • Products with broken factory seals.

  • Used or assembled sets.

  • Products with damaged, altered, or missing packaging.

  • Items sold as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

Inspection of Returns

All returned merchandise is thoroughly inspected before any refund is issued.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be in their original factory-sealed condition.

  • Be free from tampering or alteration.

  • Contain all original contents.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Show no evidence of use, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal shipping.

If a returned item shows evidence of tampering, resealing, part substitution, missing components, damaged factory seals, counterfeit contents, or any condition that prevents it from being sold as new, the return may be refused or a reduced refund may be issued where permitted by applicable law.

Fraudulent Returns

Boney's Bricks takes return fraud seriously. Returns containing substituted parts, counterfeit products, resealed sets, intentionally damaged merchandise, or other fraudulent alterations will not be refunded. We reserve the right to document such returns and report suspected fraud to the shipping carrier, payment processor, marketplace, and law enforcement when appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and successfully inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, less:

  • The original shipping charges (if applicable).

  • The 20% restocking fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photographs of:

  • The shipping box.

  • The shipping label.

  • The product.

  • Any visible damage.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
